Abstract

BPS-Statistics Indonesia (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always tries to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has conducted a routine annual Community Satisfaction Survey which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to obtain consumer satisfaction perceptions of BPS data services, identify data needs and consumer satisfaction perceptions of the quality of data produced by BPS. In 2022, SKD will be implemented in 515 BPS work units consisting of Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia. One of the results from the SKD 2022 implementation is presented in the publication Analysis of the Results of the Data Needs Survey for BPS Kabu[aten Dharmasraya 2022]. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
