Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Dharmasraya Regency 2024

BPS as one of the organizers public services that provide statistical data and information, on an ongoing basis strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has organizes SKM regularly every year which is integrated into in Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey besides aims to get the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, too aims to identify data needs and satisfaction levels consumers regarding the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the results of the 2024 SKD implementation is presented in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Dharmasraya Regency 2024". This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and perceptions consumers regarding the performance of BPS PST services and consumer perceptions on the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication includes the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
