Dharmasraya - The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Dharmasraya Regency once again showed its commitment in providing quality public services through the results of the 2023 Data Needs Survey.
Based on the survey results, the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reached 93.87 and fell into the “Very Good” category. This achievement reflects the high consumer satisfaction with the Integrated Statistical Services (PST) organized by BPS Dharmasraya.
The breakdown of customer satisfaction shows that the data access aspect received a perfect score of 100%, while the service aspect and facilities and infrastructure each received a score of 98.64%. These figures indicate that all aspects of BPS Dharmasraya's services are considered very good by data users.
The results of this survey are an important benchmark in maintaining and improving the quality of statistical services in the future. BPS Dharmasraya Regency continues to strive to provide services that are professional, responsive, and have integrity in order to support the data needs of the community and stakeholders in various sectors.
